I was wondering if someone could give me some sort of advise on what to do for my situation. I am a long time player at pokerstars. And just last sunday I played in the $22 double douce and took it down for $16,000US however just a short time after i recived a pop up message that my account is under a routine review and they only take a short time to resolve. So pokerstars contacted me and as me what my relation to thoa player was. Wich was my old account that my email and poker account got hacked in mid 2016. I was unable to recover my email because of the fact they changed my information so i contacted gmail and they said they suggest i make a new email. Because of all this i was also unable to reach out to pokerstars to resolve the matter and get my account.
So basically all my info was changed my the hacker. So i decided to leave it and move on because no money.was lost. Since then december 2016 i created a new account at pokerstars "MUSTgetRICH" and had just recently won a decent lump of cash. Instantly my account went under review and they claim they are reviewing it. So i explained everything to them and explained my situation. And for one week now they are not returning my emails nore are they explaining to me whats going on or if my money is secure.
I've become exhausted trying to contact them and resolve this over one whole week. Not only that my money is behing withheld and i can get any answer from them..they just continue to say they're reviewing my case etc etc... at this point im unsure what i should do or wich route a should go..or even whats going on on there end because they wont answer me....im reaching out to people in the pokerstars community to see if they can point me in the right direction..or give me some advise. Its quite alot of money wich is why ive become quite concerned....any help would be greatly appreciated. Very much!
