Pokerstars hacked?

I have done 1000's of spin and go's on pokerstars without any major issues. The last 6 times I did a 5$ spin and go (win a million) I was unable to see my cards on each and every hand (although the action buttons still there). I have emailed them with screen shots without reply (see screen shot attached). Has anyone else had this problem?

Really strange. Can be a software problem, but can be a hacking action or scam.
I do not trust PS safety 100%. I see a lot of players entering all in with 30 or 40 bb with 7 2 off 8 3 off and the board making a full house or, at leaste, two pairs.
I think that have players that can see the full board of cards before they went all in. Maybe they use some hacker software to shit all the game.
Hoping that PS can make an auditory at these players and ban this type of action of their site, beacuse the software of PS is the best, for sure, to play.

I lost 2x 25$ spin and go tournaments, they took my money and no window with tournaments has open.... in last period the platform was full and i can t play propperly at tables because of that.....so i think i m gonna take a break a while....pokerstars didn t respect they own players last time.

I never had this problem, even because I don't play spin and go. Hacked in 2020? I don't think so, of course this is a problem in the software, and you have the right to claim your money back

All I could suggest is to try turning of the graphics accelerator in the settings and reboot your computer, play a cheap spin and go and see what happens.

I think it's good you wrote to support.
Next time, restart Pokerrom. If that doesn't work, log in to the pokerstars samphone application.

In such a situation after the game is:
1. Uninstall pokerstars from your desktop / laptop
2. Install the newest Jave
3. Install the pokerstars software.
Should help

I agree with that. A lot of notable action has been done in all my time at poker stars. Not only in the all-in you can see these bots and the hands that he plays and wins for the net this is sping
