Just wondering if any grinders out there play on any other sites other than pokerstars and tilt regularly playing sngs and mtts. I know alot of the smaller sites may be easier to make a profit on in cash however im looking for a site where i can put in volume and grind sngs and mtts. I have a backer who is interested in staking me on a different site if he approves of the plan i make for him.

What sites offer a wide selection of mtts/sngs from micro to high?

If from EU the ipoker sites are ok- Titan, Winner, VC, TonyG, 770.

For fishing, 888/ lucky, pkr or partypoker.

If from US, then bodog or Carbon are my choices...(though ultimate/ absolute have bigger range of games)

i play at betfair, titan, Ladbrokes+unabomber (just joined), and canada poker. i've only played freerolls at 888 (mostly omaha) and most of them play every hand they get and always raising wild (maybe cause free entry) but i always get stuck at the beginning of their tournaments with 2 wild players on both sides of me and that goes for holdem too. i do play at bodog the odd time and have played at sportsbook, pokerhost. playing only freerolls so far i've built a bankroll at 888, canada poker, and betfair.. not talking big money. couple of weekends ago i played in a bodog private tourney and their were maybe 112 players in total and i think the prizes were 5 seats in their big wsop main event... sort of why i keep some money at bodog, the poker site who gave me the invite were dead on about the number of entrants (not many) and other stuff. good luck.

If you are playing SNG's and MTT's go with UB or Absolute Poker. Especially, if you are a player from the USA. They have a wide assortment of Tournaments, and one of the best structures online.

You have a much greater choice if you are not US. The next biggest site for non-US is PartyPoker.

If US, UltimateBet/Absolute Poker have probably the most games and better traffic. (Nowhere near the traffic of Pokerstars and FullTilt.) But PTR just exposed that leak in their security, so if you do not have a hardwire DSL, I wouldn't risk it.

Bodog is next in line for traffic (for US players) but has not got a ton of players, so it can take awhile to get a SNG, even a NL one, going. Depends on the levels you intend to play, I suppose. You are not likely to be able to multitable SNGs. Higher levels would be problematic altogether. Low levels have this easy-peasy Beginner SNG where 5 out of 10 players get paid, at varying amounts.

Good luck.

I play mostly Full tilt and pokerstars just for a little practice. I try and make the most of my bankroll at the local poker room at the casino here, and i must say it's so much more rewarding.

I'm in the US, so I play at Bodog. I don't care for their software so much, but they have more players (at the micro sngs) than Carbon. I like the Carbon software, but I could wait a long time for an sng to get going.

Wow, shocked so many people recommend Cereus. How many times do they have to cheat players for you guys to care? I guess an infinite number while it's still +EV...
