Pokerstars Frozen Account
I recently made a Pokerstars
account and deposited a few hundred dollars to play, but after a few hours my account was frozen because Pokerstars was conducting a "stardard" security check. I deposited through VISA
debit and they needed a bank statement with the card number on it, and after talking with my bank I couldn't get a bank statement with the card number, only the number of the account.
After multiple e-mails with Pokerstars, I asked them to withdraw the remaining funds in the accounts for me but support refuses to do so. Is there any way I can get my money back? I don't care about the account being frozen but I need to withdraw the money deposited somehow.
