pokerstars.fr/winamax

im not french but have an eu bank account, i signed up on stars.fr and also winamax but i see that the rake is crazy high on this site and the tourneys are nowhere near as good as on normal stars, i played 2 freerolls and messed around shoved with ok hands but what is funny is that these french players called with even worse and sucked out on me both times
im not so sure about both of these sites, what do you guys think is there any value at all in playing here and does anyone play here just cause you can play v the french?

I heard the pokerstars structure was pretty horrible for French players, and something to do with the govt taxing the hell out of the site and players alike. Someone might know more though, as far as what I'm assuming you are insinuating that the French aren't good at poker, I never made this observation myself, although they do usually tend to think they are much better than they actually are and jump stakes prematurely because of this. My buddy is a French Canadian and all those guys were playing and losing at games that were wayy too big for their skill levels.
