been saving up my fpps for a little while now and use very little of them weekly except for the 100fpp $30k freeroll and sometimes the 50fpp sunday $2k game but i'd like to use them wisely in order to potentially add some nice cash to the BR so i'm wondering what peoples opinions are on where the best place to use them is.

i used to play the 10fpp and 20fpp mtt's that run daily but i noticed that pokerstars have recently reduced the prizepools from these games and even funnier is when i look in the lobby right now i see 3 10fpp games due for today, 2 of which have a $400 prizepool and one has a $500 prizepool.... makes no sense.....

so anyway do any of you know where the best value for points are on the site/softer fpp games that could return some nice money if you had enough points to play them for a while?

or do you prefer to just buy tickets/cash credits from the store?

Yep the 235 Fpp hyper to Sunday storm is the best way to spend those Fpp, also sometimes Pokertars Add some value to some FPP satellite VIP Bash, to qualify you have to be silverstar or higher

I just checked and PS still runs the 70fpp. If youre lucky to enter ITM, you can convert ticket for $11 value.

~20,000 / 235 = ~85 games

If you run average 85 / 3 = 28.37 tickets

28.37 X $11 = $312.07

Not bad.

70fpp sunday storm satellite is good. The way many poker rooms set it up is the more you save your fpp`s, the more their unit value goes up. Cashback is always good. If you have a high level, gold star plus, save for live events.

interesting most of you like the 235fpp games for the storm, i used to wait until i had 235 points and give it a go, sometimes i'd win, others i'd lose but then i started to feel like i was wasting my points but now it may be different having quite a few points.

i like the sound of the 70 points games for the same value of $$ as the 235 point games, i must look out for them and try a couple to see how i get on.

thanks for the responses

It's funny, I've been playing that exact game but at a $3.75 buy-in instead of the 235 pts.

Think I'll use the points to pad my roll when my stake games are done.

I checked out the storm satties and the 70fpp games are 10 player, winner gets a ticket. Not for me.

I did find another one that's 210fpps 20 player, 6 tickets. Sounds like a good format. It's a turbo, non-hyper.

You can get a better than supernova return on your FPPs playing the 235fpp storm hypers and It's what I do If I have a bunch of FPPs.

But the reason most grinders use these is because they are quick so you can pump through sop many so quickly, especially multitabling. However technically you will find fpp tournaments where you can get a higher return on your FPP but they will require much heftier time investments. Ones that give entry to some of pokerstars flagship series like the wcoop and micro millions seem to be particularly lucerative

I play the 6-max hyper 70 fpp satellites to the $3.30 rebuy. They aren't always running but offer the same fpp/$ rate as the 235 fpp ones. Also since they're a lower buyin they're likely softer and so you can increase your win rate on them slightly more than the 235 ones.

If you cash exactly 1/3 of the time you're getting 1.57 cents per fpp. If you're a decent player you can likely make closer to 2 cents per fpp.
