Pokerstars down AGAIN!!!

I've just started playing again recently, thanks to Corona Virus stopping me from working.
Play pokerstars and for the 2nd time in two weeks I'm in a tourny that's frozen.
I've read the rules and it seems like it will be their "Roll Forward" rule, so straight forward enough.
What it DOESN'T say is how long are you expected to wait around incase the game starts again?
Luckily, I was only playing for fun $1.50 SNG, but could u imagine if it was $200 buyin game!!!
Surely they can inform people or give a time limit? (If there is one let me know)
So frustrating

All sites must be under heavy load. Record people turning to online poke because of virus. Things will lighten up once people can work more.

Pokerstars software very slow and has problems. So frustrating... U have any problems with software?

Just take my time, make a coffee and some cakes...

This normaly take's nearly ten mintes and then it beeeeebs...
