Pokerstars Customer Support/Payment Services Language?

Does anybody know where the pokerstars customer support staff for payment services is based and what their native language is? Their e-mails have Isle of Man and Malta addresses:

• Malta Address: Villa Seminia, 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1011, Malta
• Isle of Man Address: Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, Onchan, IM3 1DZ, Isle of Man

I've been having a circular dialogue with them over the past few days. There really seems to be a language issue which I don't recall ever experiencing in the past.
