What do you think about this feature a microstakes in pokerstars?
THB I dont really like it, because it can cost you quite big if you have 90% odds and logically you should resume your hand.

I use it if it's 50/50 or so. No point in trying to see who's luckier. If I have a clear advantage in equity I resume the hand. But I don't play that much of cash games anyway.

That is pretty much the way, I see it also. If I am using aggressive bankroll management, then I have no particular interest in flipping coins for a decent chunk of my bankroll, and paying that 1% fee to take the spot off can be fine. If you are using a session stop-loss, it can also prevent you from hitting it as often.
