Not with india it's not needed at all and is completely against PS ToS.

In some east european nations the only way to actually download Ps client is with a vpn but then the law has a loophole where if you own the client it's now completely legal to play it.

So unless you are in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine etc then using VPn is never ever needed for pokerstars.

Pokerstars encrypts all your transactions for you with the highest level of any bank on earth and any poker site. No matter if someone is keylogging you or even hacking inside your computer they cannot in any way get to the information of your transaction on pokerstars it auto-encrypts anything that you type on its cashier tool.

If you think I am making this up, study computing and come back to me. Pokerstars has unparalleled security you don't need vpn.

You can use your bank card (visa/mastercard etc)

Type the number and such of the debit card.

Works direct, all Indian banks permitted.

If i use visa/mastercard , it may allow me to deposit money, but i can't withdraw money. and after march 2017, RBI made it little difficult for indian bank cards to work on overseas gambling websites as part of their black money initiatives... most cards don't work on these websites.. and eve if they do work, pokerstars doesn't allow withdrawals for them...

check this link, and for india, withdrawal is not allowed for visa/mastercard...

skrill is much more trustworthy than neteller based on customer reviews. I would go with Skrill for sure.

Well for Russia yes, this is what is needed to be done because using the client is legal but the site to download it is blocked. xD

I'm from India too. Use Neteller. It's the best option for most of us. You can deposit and withdraw. You have to pay neteller some charges though.

For Belarus it isn't needed as well. As for now you can freely download clients (including PS) and do deposits/withdrawals (although recently our analog of IRS suggested banning all non-local online casinos currently this proposal is being under discussion).

Hi,
I am from India. I was trying to deposit into my PokerStars account today. I was unable to do so.
Is anybody from India able to play on PokerStars. Can you please confirm.
