Over the last few days we have received hundreds of reports of images not showing up at our tables - including yours. We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and reassure you that our programmers are working on identifying and addressing the issue.
Although we can not provide you with a time-frame for a resolution, we know how important it is for you and all other players, to get this issue fixed as soon as possible and are working towards doing so. Once resolved, we expect your currently approved image to show up at the tables.
In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
