Now all of the sudden when i deposited for the second time on pokerstars my account got frozen and i got an email that said that they needed my id and other verification to verify who i really was in order to unfreeze my account. I did send them all the details that they needed 30 mins after they sent me that email and now it has already been 5 days and they still hanve't responded to that email. I find it funny how a company of that size has such a bad costumer service. Has anyone had such a big delay and did they fix it ?
