Just spreading the word around to those who may not have seen it.

It is more than 5 times the highest buy in I play on Spin n Gos currently.

I plan to hopefully play some after a 2-3 weeks pass it only launched today. Need to build some roll to take a shot at these. Can't go in with only 5-10 buy in it is recipe for disaster.

If lady luck is going to pick you it should be during one of these spins Joe. Just imagine...I'd have a heart attack personally if it ever happend...at least i'd be $100,000 richer at minimum.

So the pot is 120 (minus rake)
The most likely result: 80$ for the winner, nothing for 2nd and 3rd
To me the rake is (120 - 80) / 3 = 13$, or 33%, which makes this comparable to lottery.
The rake of 7% maybe is the average net rake, which is quite good for a lottery.

New green "limited edition" Spin&Go tournaments with a jackpot of $3.000.000 and a buy-in of $40 have appeared in the pokerstars lobby.

"$40 is a great deal, looking at all that number of zeros. For a small buy-in you can win a prize that is played at the final of the main tournaments, in just a few minutes. In fact, these tournaments are so short that you can play them at any free minute," reads the announcement on the PokerStars blog.

How this is a good deal, estimate yourself. The probability of loss of the main prize-1 of 20.000.000.

Rake is 7% higher than normal. For comparison, $15 and $ 30 Spin & Go rake is 6%.

PokerStars put the highest possible multiplier in the history of Spin&Go — 80,000. However, the probability of loss is historically scanty, but more on that later. Secondly, we increased the second and third multipliers, slightly "cutting" the probability of loss. Third, the probability of a multiplier of X25 is reduced by 25% compared to other limits. Multipliers x2, x4 remained at $15 and $30 limits.

I am surprised pokerstars aint making a fuss about players who actually got that 3M. I mean... Wouldnt that be a perfect advertisement? Boost for popularity? Or is it that nobody has got that 3M...

PS: if the prize was only for the first place (3M) it would be very unfair and a good test for the heart, taking into account the chances of this prize.

I see a $2 million prize was won tonight for a $5 buyin - that's a pretty good ROI!
