hi!!!they make money, it's their business!you have to learn to adapt to changes, or leave them, I think if you're a good player you'll always be in the black,with any range of problems.Yes, it's hard to adapt to changes,but time changes the outcome of events,no need to steam, it is necessary to keep up with the times.Good luck

I think they must low the number of players that get payed in tournaments it not worth to play anymore older was better the prizes and biggest pay outs

PokerStars as always care only about their income and spits on the players. I read that the plans to remove the booster and how it can complicate getting chests under the pretext to make them more valuable. I think that anything good does not Shine in 2019 for the players! All hope for Patypoker! They started the year much better!

Of course it's bad that they reduced the buyin in half. Previously, it was almost impossible to win the Sunday Million (well, or at least get through to the final table), but now it is simply impossible. The tournament turned into a lottery.

In the IS so I cant play there. It has changed ALOT over the last 8 years. I see so much feedback tho, and Im not sure they are any better than ACR now. Which is where I play

I love pokerstars no matter what changes they make, you have to be good at poker and adapt to changes to be successful

Poker is a lottery!
I do not see the difference between 5k and 10k,if you are lucky you will win with 15,000 people))) even if you are playing one on one, it is not a fact that you will win!
The more you play, the more you invest money and time,the more likely this luck will smile to you,it's a matter of time.

I agree with the people who have said PokerStars has become more of a lottery than a poker room.

There are fewer and fewer deep stack and Slow structures.

This makes the games less like poker and more like a lottery where you are forced all in sooner.

It makes the game less fun.

The rewards suck as well.

You're absolutely right. More donk moves and bad play. Is that the same thing? Lol. However, I do prefer deeper stacks to cushion some of the donk blows. [emoji6]

Well this is business guys. They are the biggest room by far and they try to increase their profit. If they see that their user base is getting smaller, income lowers or they see competitor which can take their business they will take steps in the opposite direction. For now they are the biggest and can afford to make whatever changes they decide.

It is fact that if a company wants to achieve their level of user base, support and legality in different markets they will need to invest a lot of money and will also need to wait few years before users switch. I hope that such thing will happen in future because competition is good for us (the players) but till then i personally will stay with stars for now.

I fully agree, they seek profit and do not care about the player's situation, but they will still have to be content with the growth of their competitors.

pokerstars to greedystars

i have stopped putting money in pokerstars as they are becoming to greedy........... i was so loyal with them last year, getting 90% of all my deposits ..but they have become like vultures so now i only deposit at 888 for poker and rizk and ojo for casino.....even ps want to sell you play money...........will i miss ps......................i dont think so...........:hello:

Pokerstars seems to be just taking and taking from players. If I haven't got time to play a tourney I'll play sit and go maxs and sometimes the prize fund is half the buyins which is just wrong as it happens often. I bought into a 7 dollar max and with 8 players the first prize was 25 dollars with 10 and 10 with the site claiming 31 dollars totally wrong IMO. I get they need to make a profit but come on this is excessive

Poker rooms are designed for profit. The more the better for them. Your profit depends on your game. If you play well, that's a plus.
