sigh, I hate to sound like a mom, but kinda feel obligated - not just for CopyCat, but for anyone else who might read this...
The security groups at the poker sites
monitor certain kinds of activity related to accounts - if they see something questionable, they will ask for proof of identity and temporarily freeze an account while they're verifying identity.
I played a bit at my local poker room a few times last year - an IP address check linked my account to other accounts that were being used at that same poker room. My account was frozen for a couple of days while I verified my identity and answered questions about my relationship to the other accounts (one of which I learned later had been chip dumping, which prompted the freeze). Inconvenient for me, but no big deal - but I could not withdraw funds while the investigation was ongoing.
So, if you plan on playing long term and withdrawing funds, hope you're planning to get married, since she may need to prove her identity at some point in time in order to withdraw.
Or, sign up at a different site for their bonus ftw rather than committing fraud imo.
