Poker Stars in the US besides New Jersey?

Is there a way to play real money at poker stars without living in New Jersey?
I cant find the answer

Hopefully the government opens their eyes soon and lets everyone play poker.

I’m still waiting for it to come out in PA. It was supposed to be out on July 15th but it’s gonna be months before anything is ready [emoji19]
