Poker Stars Customer service rocks !!
I tried to change my avitar on PS today and was advised that as I had already changed it I wasn't aloud to again, so I e-mailed customer support
I'm writing to request the opportunity to change my avitar. Whilst the old silverfox has served me well, I think its time he returned to the wild life sanctuary and we employed a new younger cub with plenty of run good. Whilst i wish the old boy well its time he had a rest and enjoyed his retirement in the sanctuary

The intention of your image at PokerStars is to identify you to other
players at the table, in much the same way as your face would identify you
in a live game. Thus, if we allow too many image changes, it will detract
from that concept. Therefore, we would appreciate no more than one image
change per month.
We have updated your account privileges so you may select a new image.
Please choose your new image with care.
To change it, start the PokerStars software, and from the Lobby screen, select:
'Account' -> 'Select/Change Image'
If the option does not work immediately, restart the PokerStars software and
it will reset.
