Hello guys
I recently had my account frozen on poker stars because i was on Holiday.Once i explained to them and send all the relevant documents (as a bank statement,pasport,ID,even my id next to my face)they reinstated it but i tried to withdraw my balance of $5500 and they frozen it again saing that i have unauthorised boku payment method dated 6 months ago_On March i allowed my cousin to deposit from his phone and place some bets.We sent them a prove from Boku and from his mobile also his driving licence.He wrote them from his registered e mail that the payment is fully authorised.
After we have sent everything,they don’t reply.
Have someone had a similar case?
Could you please advice me what can i do and will i get my funds back.
I am there costumer since more than 10 years.They know me very well,but

They replied me.No the main question is can i deposit from different name’mobile number as he fully agreed and even send them an e mail from his personal e mail that is fully authorised

pokerstars are criminals, people involved with the site in the past are hiding from the law apparently.

They are a major company (although not the biggest in overall gambling) and they have lied to me on many occasions including telling me i was excluded from sports betting (which i never did).

They had chat moderators (the guys that used to chat in orange text at the tables) come to make fun of me while i was playing in their tournaments. rofl.

In my case, it is an account restriction, I have no right to deposit and withdraw funds. pokerstars support sent me an email explaining that my account was limited due to an unresolved issue they had with a third party, which I first learned from them, and asked me what connection I had with it. I replied accordingly that I do not know this person and I have no patience with how they contact me and so for two weeks now I have no answer as to what they want to prove in order to be given access to my account again. Has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone advise what to do?
