Only support PS can help you, you have to wait for an answer.

So something is wrong, maybe a deal. Usually they always answered letters. If it’s normal for eight days, it’s their job to deal with scammers.

I don’t know the principle of work of those support PS, maybe in each country differently, I’m from Russia and the answer by mail waited no more than a day

Pokerstars support

In a previous post I said my account had been frozen for over a week with no idea why and no emails replied to.Account is now live again and I have received no emails from pokerstars saying why the account was frozen or the fact the account was now live again after a fortnight frozen.Great support.:confused::confused::confused:

That happens, just don't think about it and enjoy the game, even though if I were you, I would've created a new account because if you'll have a solid balance they can block you again.

They are getting a lot of emails, just hold tight. Also check your spam folder.

PS seems to be seriously backlogged; they took over 2 weeks to approve a change of player image

Glad your account has been unblocked. And I hope that after some time the support service will still answer you and explain the reason for the block. Because if they do it for no reason, it really bothers me. This can happen to me and for a period of much more than two weeks.

they do as they please and answer to no one.

if you deposit you are a premium custumer.if you withdraw they try to get rid of you.

this is what pokerstar.com has became.

Hello there BobbyMorton, thanks for sharing your problem with the CardsChat community.
Last year my account was frozen for over 2 months! I sent a lot of emails to the PokerStars Support and they never answered.
Why is that?
In my case, it was because I had a huge TILT. Yes, I went mad last year because I was playing bad plus a huge downswing. In one of the sessions that I had a massive TILT, I decided to play higher limits and spent all of my bankroll.
I explained my situation to the PokerStars Support and they recommended to stay away of the tables as long as possible, until I could put myself together emotionally.
It was very good, because now I really know that we should play responsibly.

It’s unlucky for you that your account has been checked. The system bans its points set by the security service. I hope Support will sort it out and your account will be restored unless of course there are any specific violations on your part that lead to the closure of the game account.
