Last year my account was frozen for over 2 months! I sent a lot of emails to the PokerStars Support and they never answered.
Why is that?
In my case, it was because I had a huge TILT. Yes, I went mad last year because I was playing bad plus a huge downswing. In one of the sessions that I had a massive TILT, I decided to play higher limits and spent all of my
bankroll.
I explained my situation to the PokerStars Support and they recommended to stay away of the tables as long as possible, until I could put myself together emotionally.
It was very good, because now I really know that we should play responsibly.
