Sorry, I don't know what sites are legal in Germany. Its illegal in US but the safest sites are probably bovada, ignition, Americas card room and Black chip poker. Id honestly stay away from juicy stakes, as Ive had issues cashing out there. Best of luck!!!

Indeed they can. Germans are allowed on all bigger onlinepokerrooms, and i would stick to them if you want to cash out fast.

gambling is not illegal in german, but under goverments authority. So while you wont find any "german" pokerrooms (only RL-casinos) you are able to play online because those sites are not located in germany.

Es ist ne Grauzone, wo kein Kläger da kein Richter ;)

Here is a list with bigger pokerrooms:

Which poker rooms are legal in Germany? I would like to know which are illegal, actually? :) Seems to me like we can play anywhere from Germany and i'm happy about it and hope it stay so. I prefer Poker Stars, 888, Party Poker and some of iPoker rooms too, like william hill, Titan Poker and NetBet. I have made already several withdraws and deposits at all of them without any difficulties. However as "Black Friday" gave us all a lesson - "don't hold all eggs in just one basket", in other words, better deposit just a small part of your poker money and withdraw it, when your bankroll become bigger. For two reasons, first of all - you never know which room can be closed and when, so if it happen, at least you loose only a small part of your Bankroll. Also i think it's much easier to hack your poker account, than some online banking account, like skrill or neteller. They have at least two-way authentificators and stuff. The second reason, it's also smart to deposit some more from time to time, as poker rooms give you some extra tickets or even reload bonus for the new deposit. So it's really smarter to deposit like $20 every month or two and gain something from that, instead of just making one-time $150 deposit. Exception is if it's your first deposit and you really think you can earn enough points from rake during your first deposit bonus time. But at the end i would withdraw it again. :) Just make sure there is enough time between deposit - withdraw - deposit. So it will look like normal cash traffic on your account and not like you are overusing deposit bonus. There are no poker room's direction, who likes this and it can cause you problems or even blocking your account in a worst case. For any question you may ask me personally in pm, also on German language.
