Most poker sites have "fake chip" games. However, personally I would recommend poker stars; It the largest site and has great customer service. If you don't want to risk any money you should try the free roll tournaments; they are $0 buying with a small prize pool added (usually a few hundred dollars). Poker Stars also has a very small minimum deposit of $10 so if you did decide to use your own money it wouldn't break the bank. Joe.

I dont think you need a card to play the freerolls, however if you ever wanted to withdraw winnings i'm pretty sure you need to deposit first. Joe.

party poker is rated as easiest for beginers and it too has freerolls and you are free to play in them without a card
