Cake Poker has freerolls running all the time and are fairly easy to place in..
bodog has a bunch of $500 Freerolls..
and best of all you should all ready know about Full tilts freerolls (best freerolls on the net)..
I'll give you more detail on these if you have any questions..

Almost all of them do. I think you need to be more narrow with your question, e.g. does anyone know any site that has frequent freerolls with a small field and no restrictions? Almost any poker site has some sort of public freeroll happening. Full tilt, Poker Stars (freeroll satellites into a freeroll), Merge Network (Carbon, Poker.com, Walker Poker, Wass Poker, Reefer Poker, Aced), Cake (Player's Only, Sportsbook, Doyle's Room), Ultimate Bet (similar to Poker Stars sats), etc. Pitbull has one every hour with a fairly small playing field, usually around 350-400 players, but the prizes are small. Out of all the ones I mentioned though, it's definitely not easy to make good grinding money. Best bet are joining forums and playing in private freerolls.

Those are private freerolls.

You need to join the relevant poker forum or meet whatever requirements.

It'll tell you in the tournament lobby.

The only site I've seen that won't let you play freerolls without depositing is partypoker.

make sure your not on the private tab on bodog, look for the $500 dollar they run twice a day. the cake network has a bunch of satellites you can register for free. i'm surprised someone mentioned full tilts as the best freeroll, $100 dollars for that huge field and only 27 spots paid doesn't seem like a deal to me. bodog is much better.

bodog is the best bet per dollar amount usally around 3500 entrants on average days and 63 get paid / fulltilt 2700 entrants 27of the field get paid some people just like full tilt . carbon has 1 1500 entrants 10 get paid ur best bet is the forum freerolls better payouts less people but on a whole better players gl.

Cake's freerolls are all satellites to another tourney. Even the Gold chip freerolls only give you chips to enter another tourney. There are none that you can win cash. (You can win cash in the second step tourneys.)

Does anyone know if you can bank tickets to the weekly $1000 on Saturday, or once you get a ticket it is fruitless to play them any more that week?

Prolly the easiest to place in are the PS FPP Freerolls, but of course you have to have FPPs

Not sure why someone would say Fulll Tilt--when they seem to have the worst general freerolls, maybe someone can elaberate why they are better than I have always thought

The fast-click 2700 entry ones I have given up on, but the once-a-day ones for your own nation are OK, in my case that's the UK & ireland freeroll, I can register for that up to a day in advance.

I gotta agree with this one. Apart from Poker Stars, Full Tilt seems to have about the worst open freerolls out there.

Perhaps the poster was referring to private freerolls, in which case, I tend to agree. If you are willing to take the time to fulfill the requirements for playing in these, you can win a nice bankroll at Full Tilt through freerolls because of the sheer number that you can play in. You must have a lot of free time and willpower to go that route though!

Hollywood runs a series of ticket freerolls ie $.00, $,25, $.50, $1.00 where the top 25 players in each step win tickets for the next step. Easy to win tickets with only 30-100 entries and they do take too long to complete. The final step is where you can win the most money, and if you make a deposit, can win more. I haven't made a deposit but have won about $13 in less than a month (playing only one tourney a day - not every day). You do have to make a deposit in order to withdraw funds though.

A lot of sites expect you to deposit before withdrawing freeroll winnings.

Most of the sites have decent freerolls which you can enter. In my view the best is probably FullTilt which has regional freerolls.

Although I play in the UK & Ireland freeoll at Full Tilt as often as I can, it only pays $15 for first place. Bodog and their $500 freerolls are top of my list.
