Poker Rooms that allow NYS?

Hi, I'm just wondering what sites allow me to play from New York State? I know betonline, bovada, and cake poker let me play there. Are there any other sites that I can play on that are relatively good or better than these?

My latest information is while existing players can play at Merge and Bovada, New Players from New York are not allowed at both.

I saw a recent list that included Winners Network for NY allowed (Americas Cardroom, True Poker), other than Cake

how would you list them in terms of favoring one over the other? I checked out americas cardroom the other day. And I didnt really like it. The traffic is really small.

No, he can not sign-up to play at OVERBET, PDC POKER, or ODDSMAKER because these are Merge Network Skins. New NY customers are not allowed

I am not from US so this might be a stupid question. Isnt it possible to use a VPN OR will you get caught doing that?
