Pokerstars, Full Tilt and a few other sites are not available to US players. It has been this way for a few years since the Department of Justice seized the sites.
Legalization and regulated poker is currently in Delaware, New Jersey and Nevada.
There is no clear date to when or if Pokerstars will be back in the US at the moment.
A few other states are currently looking to regulate and legalize poker. Hopefully a joint effort will allow a federal bill to come.
