Poker 888 is really a...

horrible poker-platform. I mean, for me it was like rewinding back 15 years to play Sega. Also, the STTs and MTSs they offer are limited in my opinion with bad payout deals. Not enough traffic either so you have to wait for quite some time. I hate the menus and setup also, and it seems to overly focusd on super-action turbos 4-6 handed. Nah, not for me!

Some people claim there are so many bad players there. Well, Im sure there is and you can outplay them. However, I actually find the quality of players to be better at pokerstars and if you are gonna learn something, play with the best.

Just my humble opinion. I spent my last money in the 888casin and I will go back to my love hate relationship with Pokerstars. But at least there is some love there...

I hope that there are lots of bad players at pokerstars. I try my best to locate them and play against them. Looking for great players to play against for money seems quite odd to me. Also, players from CC who appear to know exactly what they are talking about reckon there are plenty of tables even at $25nl with bad players on, Im not sure what limits you play.

Yah for sure!! They need to get some better players on that site before you'll ever see me on there again. I hate it when they call you down with MidPr. & pay off 3 streets of value. It sucks! Like taking candy from babies.... nowhere near challenging enough.
I totally like donating to better players instead.

I used to play a bit on 888Poker but stopped awhile ago. Only reason being is that I find that site to be a huge resource hog on my computer. When I've got 888 running I'm not able to play on as many sites at the same time. Pretty sure once I purchase my next computer (i5 processor, 6-8GB Ram), 888Poker will be getting downloaded immediately. Tourney structures kinda suck, but the weak play makes up for it.

I didn`t say there ain`t bad players also, but Im saying in general I find better players at Pokerstars. I play STTs and MTTs from 1-30 usd depending on the mood Im in. That however is not my main reason why I think 888 Poker sucks. I just felt the site had a horrible layout and mix of games.

Tourney lobby sucks. They've got what at first appears to be loads of tournaments but when you look at each of them closer, there's very few that have decent structure & there's alot of gimmicky stuff > win a hat! win a deck of cards.. yay! There's very few where you have blinds not reaching 100/200 before 1st break = 'fast structures'.
They used to offer some better structures in their 'Daily Challenge' series but last time I looked, even those kinda suck now.
