Hey any views or opinions on Poker 770 and Euro Poker, how is their rake structure is it too high? Are the bonuses easy to clear? Any experiences?

If you're a sng player you can't really beat the Ongame Network's(Bwin, betfair, Hollywood etc.) deposit bonuses. They're equal to ~62% rakeback.

If you want to play on ipoker then avoid poker770, it's an awful site. I'd stick with Titan/paddy power.

For mass multitabling though, nothing really compares to full tilt/pokerstars, even though the euro network's rakeback deals are a lot better.

Sounds great! I read (on PokerScout) some awful reviews about the Ongame software. How bad is it?
I noticed that CGE (or OFC.. or whatever they're calling it now) has advertised a tourney coming up on EuroPoker so I'll likely get signed up on there. Curious about it still though.

What's wrong with "poker770"? I'm curious as I just opened an acc't. on there yesterday. I was actually just about to start up a thread asking about both Europoker & poker770, then did a thread search thing & found a thread that had the exact same title listing the same two sites as I was just about to write.

For 'freerollers', I did notice that there's a freeroll running every hr. on poker770. I even played one for the hell of it, top 40 advance to $500 weekly freeroll (~400entrants). Nearing bubble, two limpers I shove 16bb with AK.. KQo calls... they flop a Q & I'm out, lol. (using this thread to tell a badbeat story now, ha ha).

Any thoughts on games to play on poker770? (I actually got signed up on there after seeing a deal where Fulltilt players get $100 in their account.... but so far they've given me '0'). I could've taken the 'free $7.70' instead... but wishful thinking had me opt for the $100.

Anyone else play on Europoker? What has been your experience with it?

To begin with I was never given my $7.70 which they promised. Then I did a survery for them which took about 20 mins where they promised 5 bucks but apparently I hadn't played enough hands to give them valuable feedback on the software. I haven't played there for ages(or will I be going back). When I played the software was different to other ipoker sites(looked more like the old party poker tables), and I could only tile about 4 tables at once. I'm not the biggest fan of ipoker anyway.

I went for the 'Free 100' offer on there right now (sign up & give them your FTP sn). Today I get an email informing me of my '18 free tokens' (I guess they're worth $100?)

Got an email from poker770 telling me that I now have $100 in my account (also whlie doing the sign-up thing, you also have to write in 'sng' or 'cash' after your Fulltilt sn.. I chose sng).
Sure enough there's 18 x $5.50 tokens in my account. Here goes nothing... on grinding up another acc't. (zero to hero..... or maybe just 'zero' ?)

Well that's good I guess, but I don't think you will be able to withdraw until you clear the $100 as if it were a regular bonus. Play a $100 tourney imo :D

*Edit: Ah the bonus is in tokens, my bad. That's awesome, gl making a nice new bankroll.

So far, ... so bad, lol. Lots of KK < A9o, QQ < KTo, etc.
They're $5.50 tokens.
Thinking now that maybe I should give the HU Sng's a go.

This prolly helped a bit (1 off bubble... decent flop imo)

Poker770 has a TON of traffic for an ipoker site. Just look at their freerolls - they have a retarded amount. I've heard about people having problems with withdrawals -- takes forever -- but they always got paid.

I'm not sure I see how that is relevant? All of the reg. games in the lobby are all the same as all other ipoker network sites (aside from 'priv.' section & 'freerolls').

I don't really like Poker770, I deposited once and for cash out it took more than take on others ipoker rooms. Also, I already saw some persons complaining about the delay on the payments. If you are going to play on a ipoker room, you should chose another one. winner poker, Paddy Power Poker and BetnGo have better bonuses and their VIP program offers more benefits.
Euro Poker I think is the best of ongame rooms. I used to play there DON's SitGos, but only when I have some bonus on my account. Deposit bonuses are harder to clear, you should play the $5k bonus freeroll that they have weekly. The winnings of this freeroll is a lot easier to clear (I guess you need to do 4x points).

I'm aware of that. I'm just saying 770 heavily promotes their site with giveaways. Plus they've been in business for a while so I think their relatively trustworthy.

OK. I guess I have to start playing here too since Poker Orifice is!

The main selling point is I just found out I can satellite into the a monthly live deepstack game at my local casino (Madrid) on this site (Poker770).

So my question is.....since I am a non-depositor, would it be better to accept the $100 I will have to pay back, or take the $7.70 free money?

Let the discussion begin....

ah ok. Also, I didn't realize they'd been around awhile. Already playing on Titan.

What "$100 you'll have to pay back"?? (< what is this you're referring to?).

I took a promo where they gave me $100 free startup cash (in form of tokens thru an affiliate w a bonus code). Maybe I'll have to clear a certain #of pts. (or whatever) but for sure I don't have to 'pay it back' (maybe you're talking about some other promo here?). For myself it was an easy choice > Free $7.70 or Free $100. Umm..errr.. I took the hundo.

no, i am talking about the Full Tilt players $100 which it clearly states is a stake. You WILL have to pay it back. Here is a link with the terms and conditions....

http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=851919
Your link is to another forum (and an affiliate link to poker770). Not sure what your bonus code was, but they're not all the same (this isn't the one I went with).

Also, doubt that it's ok to post that link on here.... so you may want to edit it. (just sayin').
sidenote: I'd take a $100 'stake' on there over a 'freebie $7.70" any day.

Sure wish I could find your link if that is the case.

I have a sneaking suspicion you will find that you will not ever be able to cash out that $100, even if you did not read it that way when you signed up. I mean this is the same offer basically, for Full Tilt players who are going to make the switch. Send in your FT name and they check you out to see if you were active in the past 30 days, a few days later you get the funds in your account. That's what you did, right?

And I think I agree, I will take the $100 stake and pay it back rather than the freebie $7.70. I should be able to build a roll more quickly that way.

Got an email back that I'm not eligible anyway, already have an account there so no biggy, thought it was worth a try.

As for not being able to cash out, there are always ways and means on a big network like ipoker if you catch my drift. I know what you mean though, Mansion gave me 5 bucks free after ringing me and asking what I thought of the site. Pissed about with it until I reached the min withdrawal of $20 and I couldn't cash it out because I hadn't played it through, so you're right there. As for sng tickets, I'm not sure it would work the same as a cash lump sum. They're giving you 18 tickets, so they break even in the 18 games you play, but many players will end up staying on the site if they cash so I guess it works both ways.

Downloaded and applied for my free $100. It said I could expect it in 48 hours, so far (after 3 days) I have nothing.

Also noticed the lobby message "Tournament starts on 10 minutes" which doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. What are your thoughts after playing here a while?

idk, pretty much the same as the other iPoker sites. I still rarely play on there but once in awhile I'll play some of the iPoker tourneys on Poker770 instead of williamhill or Titan (or myBet, or bet365). Poker770 did have a decent dep. promo thingy this past week > get an instant 'Free $20' by depositing $20 or more in your account. I deposited the $20.
