Fair enough. You won't get cheated out of your money - but you do need to be prepared to lose initially while you get accustomed to playing for real money
. Start with very low limits and be prepared for all types of players. You will have good players on your table, players who chase anything and players who don't understand poker. They will hit with bad hands. You just have to learn to beat them overall and long term. And you won't always be successful - even if you are a great player.
Good luck! Read some of the strategy and hand analysis threads - you will find some great advice in there.
Let us know how you do. If you are uncertain if you are playing hands correctly post them here and ask for advice.
