Playing with play money online

Aside from providing practice to new players, does this also build points on sites such as bodog, FT, poker stars, etc?

I only know Stars, but no it doesnt.

On bodog you get points by the hour of play - which you can earn playing play money games too.

On ps you don't get points - but if you get 1 million chips you can trade it for money on the black market

On ft you don't get points - but if you get 500k chips you can enter a $40 tourney that pays 5 spots. And there are usually 5 people playing
