Hi i regularly use an internet connection which blocks access to many sites. Unfortunately, when I connect to Carbon, none of the tournaments or SnGs appear. Is there anyway to gain access through a proxy? Any other methods of playing on a restricted network? Thanks.

There should be a way to allow access to Carbon.

Does Carbon load? If so you should see everything. May be a filter problem. Check your filter and make sure it doesn't say play chips only.

I would email Carbon support if it isn't a setting for only play chips set. Not sure if I've ever seen this setting. Carbon is probably blocking proxy servers and might want an IP that closely corresponds with your actual address.

It's not the filter, I'm on a hospital network. I tried contacting their IT people and was told they could not help me. I'll try contacting Carbon.

I had this problem with a different poker site, and I had to reajudst my settings to make this process workable. Also things can get complicated if you don't delete your cookies... and since we are talking about cookies, I sugest Oreos, or Macadamian nut. but seriously adjust your settings
