Its incredibly soft and not a load of traffic...
I started my online poker roll there and enjoyed it for a while then soon became over the software and 3d graphics. It is almost impossible to multi table anymore then 4 or so tables as the 3d graphics became the centre of attention (though you can get a version without the graphics if you have a pc i believe). I had some trouble with my cash out aswell as it took a long time and it was just frustrating.
I would suggest stay away from the site if you want to multi table and enounter a lot of traffic.

There is some improvement in traffic at the micro levels from my limited understanding. You can download the PKR Lite version which i use and it runs smoothly. Overall i would recommend trying it out. Also check out their forum and stacked section on their website, they have several magazines of stacked available for download from their website.

Swolad the competition is reasonably soft, its a good site to begin your poker journey from, just use strict brm.

Ya i had a good run from $25 to $81.56, then a bit of a bad run, overally withdrew with a small profit from my original amount, and i should get 30% rakeback so its all good. Its a nice site but the bad run made me feel strange.

if your in the USA then when you load up the software and try and get into a real money game it will pop up saying your in the states and due to laws you can not play etc etc so if your from the US then sorry no point trying PKR
as for the rest of us, PKR is full of bad players, and as a result you will get sucked out more then on sites where the bad players can let go of things
the only place i can think of that is worse then PKR for there players is sky, this should be a good thing though as you are going to get paid alot more by the fishes, just dont overplay your TPTK and you should be fine
and as for whats available, there STTs have a lot to offer
10c 30c and 60c on 6 seat tables where top 4 gets paid
4th is only your money back which means that your top 3 pays arent as high, which means longer grinding, but also means alot easier to grind
the MTTs have a regular 60c, and then a few $1.50 MTTs, usually with 60-200 runners by end of the late registration
if you play straight ABC poker then you should be able to reach your fair share of final tables, but as stated, you will get your fair share of suckouts too.
People blame it on the software but its the badness of the players that cause it
