It brought to my attention a thread that I saw at TwoplusTwo forum two weeks ago, about the scam that Pitbullpoker is doing. Importunely, is not there anymore but men you should see the topic which I found it in another forum, please check this OUT …

Now, as a poker player I think that Washington Post should read this, after all they are looking for our safety from these kinds of Scams right?

They gave me free 10 bucks and I won another 10 in a freeroll. I doubt I would deposit there though.

Pit Bull is on the Flash poker network, there are 5 or 6 other sites sharing this network.
5dimes.com, flashpoker.com, trojanpoker.com, onlinepoker66.com

Hi All,

I'm Dave, Network Manager and Affiliate Media Relations Manager for Pitbull Poker.

I want to clarify the situation here, seems it raised a few questions. This post is based out of a fake post that was made up to damage our company. The one posted on 2+2 is the same as in Poker Junkie, and 2+2 banned the member and closed the thread because it was a mad member who started a net of lies about Pitbull to compromise our public image.

We got nothing to hide and I invite you to reach me with any questions or comment to my emails dave@pitbullpartners.com or dave@pitbullgaming.com

Ok, I joined the Pitbull about 2 weeks ago. Honestly i was very sceptical, after reading several posts. There are not a lot of sites I can join on a mac, so i gave it a shot. Honestly - so far I have no complaints what so ever. There is a 24/7 live help, the person I spoke to was very nice and on top of that I was given a free $10 to start up my bankroll.
I read somewhere earlier that people had cards dealt face down, have not happened to me yet..also, my connection has been about 95% with some catches here and there where I chose to shut the table and re-open it. Of course, I have played there for a short time compared to years at FullTilt, but I like it. The thing is - Pitbull has a very small community, so when people are at the tables, they actually "play" poker. I have not seen 5 people go all in with the first hand...lol..you know what I mean...
The only negative I find is that I wish there were more people playing so that the SNGs would fill up faster...
Thats all i have to report for now...

I used to have an account there. Now that they are "new" are they still giving away another $10 to every one? Does any one know?

I read the article. So does the author of the article have proof on what he wrote?

Anyhow I have played at pitbull in the past. I had alot connections problems like disconnects so I stopped playing there. I see a few poker forums still have they forum freerolls and buyins there.

I am not sure about the "old" and "new", but I did get a free $10 when signing up. Just set up an account and see if they email you the offer. They will call to verify your phone number as well.

It's a LIE

Hello Im Bula, I was playing for Pitbull since almost a year, and regarding what Dave Brenes said ... it's a lie people. He's salary is more than a $4.000 a month. So obviously, the mainhead of this garage poker told him what to do.
Yes I was able to see costumer hands on every game that they had , my salary was $3.00 an hour ... also whoever play with Pitbull should remember the screen name of FASTCAR ... that was me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM,THEY CAN HURT VERY BADLY YOUR WALLET.

Hi Dave,

I think that the majority of people that will not deposit on your site are hesitant not because of posts like this, but for other reasons.

Mainly, the number of password thieves, colluders and scammers on Pitbull is like no other poker site. And it seems no amount of complaints from legitimate players is enough to convince Pitbull to do something about it.

The second reason is the bugged software. The facedown hole cards have been dealt over and over again, but the bug still persists.

If I were you, I would spend less time worrying about the barely coherent ramblings of your ex-employees, and focus on fixing the bugs and evicting the few bad apples from your site, which ruin the integrity of your games.

Sooo gentlemen what is the final outcome of all this. I still play there & it seems like there are others that are a little dissatisfied?? Maybe Dave would make another post to clarify the situation further.

I have played at Pittbull but I dont like or trust those flash sites so I dont use them anymore. Seems others have problems with them even if technical but technical can cost you money and we are quite capable of throwing our own money away without any help from technical issues on a site.

So anyhow, it seems they gave you all a raise.....Cmon man..what is it..were you making 2.50 or 3 bucks an hour?? IF you're only making 3 dollars an hour...what are you doing posting on a poker forum? You should be looking for a J-O-B.

I'm not saying pitbull is good or bad, honest or trustworthy.....but this report reeks of internet urban legend.

I have never deposited on pitbull poker but I did recieve the free $10. I have heard of long waits on withdrawls from this site, which would make since because they have all but cut out their freerolls, use to have a $25 freeroll every hour, now it's rare to have a freeroll.

Hi everyone again,

It seems these posts are receiving more credit than they actually have, meaning they have none. Any post from an "ex-employee" is made by the same one person trying to represent different people.

Now, one affirmation made here "Mainly, the number of password thieves, colluders and scammers on Pitbull is like no other poker site." This is not true; we don't have such issues as we use high tech security systems and have people all time watching for collusion, verifying information and confirming that everything is in good standing. I assure you that all of our member’s information is secured and encrypted. We can spot a few cases of chip dumping or the like, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Look guys, if you have REAL questions or if you want to post a comment please have facts, this is making you waste time and I am sure we can all benefit from proper discussions that lead somewhere. Simple rants from just about anyone that can open a forum account should not be considered as a trustful source. This is not about us hunting down a rogue forum member that jumps from one another posting the same for the sake of making us look bad.

Seriously Cardschat members, let’s be straight forward, if you have an issue, a question that is valid please contact me and I will look after it. We will not keep chasing these posts; we have stated the truth and opened the channels of communication for you, so use them.

Thanks,

Well stated Dave.thank you for the response. A lot of people bitch about every poker site, bad beats, sites rigged , bad & slow withdraws, on & on & on, bitch, bitch, bitch. Well when playing on any site if you are not comfortable with it don't play there anymore. I am not defending any site. Pit Bull has it's problems as other sites also have. I will continue to play there as i continue to play at a few other sites. Again thanks Dave for the last post, it seems that you are on top of situations at pit bull.

Hi Woodwidgeon,

Thank you for your support, I am sure we all agree that we only benefit when a real issue is addressed properly. Anything further simply loses the focus.

Hey JaBone30, send me a PM with your username and I'll get your $10 Free credited. Cheers!

I signed up for pitbull a while back. They deposited the $10, then before i could play, the money was gone from my account. I called back and customer service told me I lost it playing poker. I never even played a hand. Seemed fishy to me so I did not deposit or play there ever again.

I signed up a long time ago, got my 10 bucks and lost it, and have like 80 cents in my account now. I don't have anything bad to say about the site. Seems like they have good customer service. One thing that used to happen that they have probobly fixed, is the software would slow down towards the end of a tourney. Sometimes the betting would be over before my hole cards appeared! I still enjoy an occasional freeroll there and I did not know that there is a "new" Pitbull. I am almost sure that if you have an existing account, you would not be eligible for the $10 free bonus.

I played there for a few days. Never deposited. They give me $10 free, played with it in the casino, got it up to $15 and lost it. I believe you need to deposit to withdraw, so glad I never hit it big so I didn't deposit. Thanks for the heads up. I was aware of the UB/AB scam, didn't think any other sites were involved in scamming, but pitbull was always shady with low player accounts.

Dave is here man!!!

Dave I am very glad your here to patch things up with the PITBULL issue. I however have decided to play exclusive at Full Tilt for one reason. Its the easiest for me to use. I know there a lots of bitches about it but thats what works for me. As for Pitbull I hope you all get your PR in line sounds like there are plenty of people bashing your site and that is too bad. Good luck with the repair of your name online. To all you others out there in online poker land good luck where ever you play...
