I dont play on PartyPoker, but the Zoom games on PokerStars do for sure have a lot of 3-betting going on, at least from 10NL and up, and sometimes even at 5NL. Try the regular tables instead. They tend to be much softer, and if you end up on a bad table, its easy to just leave and fire up another one.

I think that a high 3 bet frequency probably might be a good thing. That just means you have to play tighter and get paid on the good hands instead of playing a lot of speculative hands.
