partypoker Refunds

Hi I was playing on PP on Thursday evening and a number of tournaments were cancelled due to online attacks. I was just wondering if anyone experienced similar problems and if you have been refunded yet?

No i was left down a 5.50d heads up game was sat out and when logged back in game and money gone mentioned it on their thread here still nothing only a lousy amount but not fun as other sites where working perfect at the time my internet was fine.

You can ask their official rep here at CC, see https://www.cardschat.com/forum/poker-rooms-10/partypoker-official-thread-274376/ Maybe take a glance thru some of the posts in that thread to see if anybody is having problems.

Thanks I have been onto live chat but they have said there's no time frame as yet. I believe it's usually 48 hrs for refunds but it's been more like almost 72hrs

Give it a day or two. If no progress, advertise the fact in their Rep thread I provided a link for. Nothing gets the wheels turning better than bad press, IMO. Worth a shot.
