PartyPoker - cancelling tournaments

Playing normally, already ITM, then boom. Tournament paused, then disappeared from the lobby.
Damm Party software.

Does it happens a lot there?

It happens every few months. They usually pause/cancel all the freerolls first , presumably to free up the server for pay-to-play games. This week (Sunday ?) everything seemed to crash, worse than there usual periodical issues. Did you receive an email telling you how they were going to split up the cash prize ? (based partially on your chip count at the time of crash usually).

At the end they distributed the prices I think. I didnt see any email, but I think there are extra 2-3 dolars on my account, which could be something like the price from that freeroll, distributed over 700-800 ppl.

Unfortunately, it has happened many times to me.
