Party poker scam

This may be old news.There is a scam working, get a free $22 party poker ticket.
All you have to do is link your account to the new party poker live website.
It prompts you to set up account then tells you to link your account by adding your party poker username and password.
I went all the way through the process like a dummy but then immediately changed all my passwords. I hope I did it fast enough.

No, it doesn't. When you sign up, don't use your partypoker password. Create a new password.

when I tried to link my accounts did not work, so I communicated in the online chat and they linked through there .... I received my ticket and played a very good tournament

But you should not be asked to enter your party poker login info at that website. That's a bad security risk.
It tells you to complete the linking process by signing into your party poker account and gives you a sign in page. And it's at the top left corner on a mobile phone.

No, it's not a scam I got a ticket even then when this site just started working and played in the class tournament.

It only asks for your PartyPoker ID, not password.

yes i got 22 ticket too it is real promo

is a gotcha? I did it .. Open an account in partypoker and link the account with the promotion, just like I have nothing to lose because it is a new account
