Last week they admitted the problem was at their end, now they say it must be at mine - I can see me going the same way as I did with Ladbrokes poker - withdrawing all my cash and advising people not to bother with the site
They ended up refunding my entry fee in an unusual way.
We only played for about 2 mins and they sent an email saying 1/2 the fee would be refunded with the other 1/2 put into a pool and split between players based on their standing at the time the tourney was paused...I had not played a hand
It sometimes takes me a while to log-in. And it crashes or locks fairly regularly. I've moved most of my (meagre) bankroll to pokerstars now. Will keep Party for CC freerolls mainly but not much else unless the software improves.
It seems that they have huge problems with their software.
It takes time to log-in, and it crashes regularly, specially when you try to switch between the sections.
i have withdrawn my funds and dont want to play there in near future.
