Overcharged by LOCK

I made a $50 deposit on LOCK and they hit me up for 3x $50 charges and only credited my account with $50. Has anyone had this issue before? are there any LOCK reps on this forum? Thanks

havent heard about that before on any sites. makes me think twice if i should even deposit there lol. i almost only hear probs with lock as the only site at revolution or at least more often than others.

did you email them already about it?

It is so sad that Intertop's closed it's doors to new US customer's... I get my cashouts in 5 days EVERYTIME... I have 24/7 live tech support via online or phone... Man o man... I hope they come back so you poor folks do not have to suffer like anymore!

They said that the cashier dept will look into it. Look into it....they took $100 from my bank account without my authorization. So done with LOCK!

That sometimes they will wait a couple of days to credit your account... I know this is ridiculous since they took it out YOU SHOULD HAVE IT NOW... but this may the issue at hand... Is it still (Pending) in your bank account screen or has it cleared... if it has cleared... there is a HUGE problem at hand.

I made 1 deposit for $50, it cleared. They charged me for 2 more $50 deposits that I never submitted and those too have cleared.

Take a screenshot of your online bank statement and shoot it over to tech support (just be sure to edit out any of your sensitive information of course). And this should get resolved within 10 days. Let's see how we go from there...

P.S.
Never seen a Lock Rep on Cardschat.

So sick of this. Multiple emails, screenshots of my bank account, phone calls, such BS!! No responses, they think it is okay to go into my bank account and steal $100...wtf. Any suggestion on what to do next? I know it`s only $100 but it`s the principle,.

I know it's frustrating and I would be annoyed myself but what you're saying is slightly over the top.


They don't think it's fine, and don't just "go in to you bank account" and "steal" $100, it's just a computer error.

It's highly likely just a system error and you should receive a refund. I just suggest you calm down and just wait. There is nothing extra you can do apart from wait. It's out of your control, so there's no point in going nuts. Just chill and wait :)

You can go to your bank and they can take care of it for you

probably the best thing to do I had an airport do that to us once with tickets we got double charged for a grand total of $1500 over what we were supposed to pay

the bank gave us back the money right away while they dealed with the airline

Give him some time. He is not on CC all of the time, i'm sure he has alot of incoming mail, you must under stand that lock support is flooded with alot of Emails and calls a day, that they are under staffed.

If you go to their sponsored forum and create a thread a will help speed things up. I know their support will give the runaround as much as possible untill you actually do something about it. You will get paid back though, no worries

make a thread on locks sub-forum on 2+2. They pay for that thread and don't want everybody seeing how messed up they are. It will get done in a day or 2 if you do this. Lock screwing up is a everyday thing in there forum and they won't let issues become outstanding if you do this. just, trying to help.
