I was disconnected from a sitngo at americas Card Room and after trying all the normal fixes I ended up getting ahold of Customer dis-service on a chat. The following was the conversation. Please, if anyone sees where I may have been wrcng, please tell me. The chat person was a moron, notice how many times I had to tell her that clicking the tourney DID NOTHING?!!?

20:51Me: ok, logged out, gong back in
20:51Lucia M: double click in the tournament and take a seat at the table
20:52Me: just selected go to tourney and the tourney window will not open!
20:52Me: double clicked and still no room.
20:53Me: is it really still running?
20:54Me: this stinks. I'm sure I am blinded out by now

20:56Lucia M: you should be able to see it in My tournaments section
20:56Me: well, what do you suggest. Can you see my seat? I FOOUND it in my tournaments, it won't take me there whn I click or double click

20:58Lucia M: Doucle click on the tournament, look for your name in the list click on it and the system should give you the seat
20:59Me: ok, the room does not open when i double click the tourney......
20:59Me: so there is no "names in a list"!

Well that really doesn't seem fair at all. They should compensate you the 1.50 this opened my eyes and now I don't know what i think of ACR

Wonder what the rules are concerning matters of such. I mean like Carbon while going through it's updates, caused such havoc. All they did was offer freerolls to people.

Seems to me like they should have chalked up a refund just for OR if nothing else. At the same time, it's a difficult one for you or them to provide unless you have an actual video of you attempting to reenter.

If they cannot track an error in their network for that SnG, then there is actually nothing they can do about it.

I think it's complete bs and wish that you were in fact refunded (for a problem with their network)
but I also understand that they can't just refund accounts that don't register an issue in their systems.

..They would be refunding a lot of accounts without legit losses.

I'm pretty sure this is their thought process, but NOT helping a customer with a problem, in particular with such an easy fix ($1.50?) causes many more problems for them than being taken advantage of, is short sighted.

Any way, I understand the technical difficulty, but in my opinion this was a lost opportunity for them to show what great customer service they have, eh? Which I would have posted here as well!
