Online poker in the US/cashouts

I've been a long time live player and i've been wondering to just start playing online if the cash outs are ok by time. Which online poker site would be the best if I'm from the U.S? I know there is Lock and Merge and others like so, but is there just ONE I should seriously consider...and not two? And which site cashes out the fastest? And how long is fast for that site?

bovada is pretty quick. about 3 weeks. Cake is very slow 4 months last time
