I've registered in "guaranteed" tournaments on acr and bvda recently that did not have very many regristrants at the start time and they were cancelled. What exactly do they mean by guaranteed?

Should I contact customer service for my prize?

A 'Guaranteed' prize pool will be paid out in its entirety regardless of the number of entries, provided the game runs in the first place. Generally, there is a minimum number of entrants required for the tourney to run, and if that number isn't met, the game is cancelled.

No game, no prize

You should be able to find the minimum entrants required in the tourney lobby

Cancel em early, and have 4 hours of late registration. That's how I like it.
