OMG Pokerstars Support so dumb!!!!
ok I had this issue today where I couldn't register for a private cash tourney. Well pokerstars
support doest what they do best pass the buck.
They blame the host of the event when the problem is clearly a bug in their software.
Basically, if you buy tickets with your stars coins, say $1.10 value. The cashier won't recognize it in your account unless, it it is one of the tournaments listed in your my tickets (if you highlight tourney ticket it gives you long list of events its good for)
now if the private tourney isn't there you cant use that ticket or play in the event.
(This is why I couldn't play in Todays 1.10)
I have not only provided their support with the problem, the cause, and the solution, they continue to copy and paste the exact email saying its the hosts fault!
I wish I could reach through the screen somtimes and just shake them
