Anyone know of a reasonable offshore account or online checking account that FTP would accept. My job takes me to germany often and I would like to keep playing while there. I just need a different account to keep playing to make deposits and withdraws. Thanks in advance.

You have to be able to prove to them that you have permanently moved there before they will let you play. (that includes providing 2 recent utility bills in your name with your foreign address on them)

Doesn't it bother anyone else that if you are a US citizen you can't play at FTP or Stars or AP/UB while in the US, you can't play if you are outside the US and foreign citizens in the US can't play from within the US?

What gives them the right to impose US law on foreign soil? If I'm in a foreign country I have to follow their laws. I just can't say well "I'm a US citizen" I have to follow US law.

self-edit-maybe this bitch is too soon and the situation will change once the dust clears.

That's true, and wouldn't you have a different ip address if your online in a different country? Maybe not with a laptop, but a desk top computer?
