Hell everybody,

I ve been playing on partypoker for last 4 - 5 years, and i have to share my experience how they became from one of the finest to the worst poker room:

1. A year or something ago they started to charge for withdrawals. As i am using skrill this means 3% commision at every withdrawal, or at least 7 EUR. Really amazing move, partypoker, that s how to lose customers.

2. Throughout February they were advertising "new improved loyality programme", that will be even more rewarding, ........ Blah blah blah.
Before they "improved" their loyality i could exchange around 650 points for a 50 USD tourament ticket. Now, after they "improved" VIP scheme i can get a 10 USD ticket for 500 points. Wow, what an improvement... For their shareholders.

I think that i will risk those 3% and withdraw my whole balance and never play there again. It would be nice if more people would do the same thing. Imean, they behave like we play poker because of them and not vice versa, that they exist because of the players. So F#$% partypoker.

They make such enormous amounts on rake, it is disheartening sites feel the need to come up with a new fee everyday. It's funny when I read things about casinos and horse tracks killing online poker.

I must say that their new bonus scheme does also seem a bit one-sided to me too. Also, their software seems to have got worse recently. In general I can understand why people may be changing to another site. I may do in future, gl all....................:D:D:D

- Yeah I also like the good old party poker much better. This withdrawal fee is shocking, I dont see it in any other rooms.
- The new software is much worse then the old one.
- I have to mention the most annoying thing in online poker world: it's their popups on the table (appears frequently). Sometimes I cant see the stacks because of it. Sometimes it just starts glowing and never fades away and I can only get rid of it with table restart...

I agree. Just in yesterday, new VIP program slashed returns for MTT player, software crashed (it does this daily), late registration was changed without any information (very annoying and happens regular basis) and their software had a glitch and awarded me with lower tier bonus. And this was only one day.

Also, their software is extremely heavy. With my new very powerful computer it runs smoothly, but with 3 years old laptop not with HEM2. They however have a handful of great tournaments which I like to play, but freezeouts... never with that software.

When party poker was in the US it was the one of the better sites to play on. Over time that was not true any more then they left the US and they were not missed. Sorry that their scourge came to your side of the world to screw you but good choice to leave. Good Luck on your future online endeavors!

Maybe it's skrill that is charging the fee. I use electronic bank withdrawal on PartyPoker and there aren't any fees.

No, Party Poker subtracts 3% at Skrill withdrawals.

Maybe Skrill is charging PartyPoker a fee and they pass it on to the player. They don't charge fees on all methods.

I guess that skrill is charging every poker room, but party is the only one who wants you as a customer to pay that fee, others pay that fee from rake. And yes, at party they charge fee at all withdrawal methods.

With Electronic transfer there are no fees, at least for my country. I've used it several times.

I think maybe it's not good to get % commision at withdrawal, but you can look at this situation at different angle, there are different promos where you get money for free, daily scrathcard for example.
I earn about 20$ a month from this promo. If I want to withdraw let's say 1000$ a month I have to pay 2,5$ (via visa card), so use money from this promo :)
Besides that I have free options in my country, probably they are not available in yours.

They were garbage for quite a while though. I am amazed they are still in business.

I just checked other options and looks like Skrill and neteller are really the two most expensive ones at 3%, or minimum 7 EUR. There are other options like Visa for 2 EUR, but bank transfer is 40 EUR. I guess i ll have to get myself a creditcard then.

It has never been the same since they changed the software. I cannot remember the last time I played there when the software didn't crash . It's been even worse recently during the CC freeroll it just stops working continually. Its a shame as I like the idea of their casual cash tables where you can only sit at 1 at a time they are fish tanks even at 25nl.

Interesting, I have 2 euros fee there. Thats just stealing money to have fee on withdrawal... And yes thats not the only one problem which partypoker has.

Their rake is ridiculous, software is bad. Few times happened to me, when I highlighted some SNG in menu to register, before I clicked on register button, that freaking menu just went one position up or down (probably cause some SNG just started and disappeared) And it also moved my highlighted SNG, so I registered into completely different game... The most annoying thing in poker :D
