Not eligible for Scratch and Match in PokerSchool on Stars

Hi all! I am interested in talking to players that meet several criteria:

1. You play on pokerstars and you are a member of the PokerSchool

2. You get the message that says "You are not eligible to play Scratch and Match promotion"

(extra 3. You COULD play Scratch and Match sometime in the past, but then at some point you became inelligible)

(extra 4. You have (or had) an account on full tilt poker as well - preferably when PokerStars was offering players a signup bonus to join - I'm guessing this was somewhere about 2012-2015 - somewhere in there???)

I'm trying to track down players that had a "flag" set on their account that prevented them from playing the Scratch and Match promotion.

Maybe you have graduated poker school?

Jokes aside ive no idea though i think it is very possible, that they filter players by stakes or profitability and other criteria.
