I had a situation with Noble last week with a disconnect in a $20-$1000 GP freezeout. Long story short sent a note and was invited into 2 "thank You" freerolls
. Wrote a letter back to the manager saying that was not acceptable, yada, yada and that I wanted my $20 +$1 back and they refunded it to me. They are getting better and better in terms of less and less disconnect/server issues. STill find their interface to be the best and, yes, I too am a BIG FAN of their sit n go's!
