No response from Pokerstars

For some reason I can't get in contact with pokerstars. I have tried writing in both danish and english. 3 different messages and the first one was sent probably about 2 weeks ago. I want to change my withdrawal method but no response to my e-mail. Any suggestions?

I always had great experience with PS customer support.
Usually took them about 24hrs to answer my question, and a day or two to fix the issue.
Keep emailing them, and stay on the ball until you sort it out.

Pokerstars must have their reasons. I can no longer go there but do respect thier crazy religion like all other religions.

I'm not saying that they ignore me. When I asked about power up for danish players some months ago I got an answer. Not sure if it's just some kind of technical problem where they don't get my e-mails or I don't get their response. I have checked the spam folder.

Rather sensible question to send them, since you have already 5-6 withdrawal methods available. Give them some time, and they will reply :top:

Try to use live chat, I have good experience with that! Ask them your problem and if they say to send e-mail with your problem then tell that you already have done that and they will check it faster

It looks like I only have one. The first deposit method will be the place where money is withdrawn unless it's changed. It looks like it can be changed by sending a message with some info about the debit card that I used where they will then cancel that withdrawal option permanently and adding a new one.

Hello.
Last time, I also waited for a response from them for about a month. I do not understand why such a powerful company treats its customers so carelessly.
