no play at Betonline anymore without Deposit ???

First let me say I have put this here and it may be the wrong spot but I don't see a clear direction to put it anywhere else it is not a question. I played there this morning and have for over a year but today was kicked from log in .. when I contacted CS they told me I would never be able to play in their poker room unless I make a 50$ deposit even though I have already and have for a while and won money in freerolls even. they kept saying I couldn't do that lol.

Now I am curious about CC freerolls there as in .. does this mean that you won't be able to play there now either without deposit and if so what's the point of a freeroll ?? I made an appeal to another CS rep right away and it took him seconds to tell me it would never be allowed ... this does not inspire any confidence at all to deposit ... I would love to hear some feedback from CC and would like to know if there will continue to be freerolls there or something changed, and are there others here this has happened to. Have to say after all this time I'm pretty steamed about this ... it's not the small amount of money I have won, don't really care about that at all, it's the principal.

Again I apologize if this is in the wrong category but it seemed like way more than a question of which poker room to play at or anything else and I think everyone that plays there should see this.

Somehow, I had the same problem. And they also required me to make a $ 50 deposit. Although I have already made a deposit on this site before. For several days, I talked to their support team and convinced them that they were wrong and that was a mistake. After a few days, they agreed to unblock my account and allowed me to apply for a withdrawal.

Nice Gratz for getting back on perhaps I will deposit and try some more, right now I'm a little too ticked at them, and not at all sure a deposit is a good idea

They were supposed to tell you that before you started to play. They allowed you to play than they changed the rules and how this is your problem
I just started to play there 2 months ago but they told me that I have to deposit min $50. Since I knew it to start with I did not have any problem with it.
But your situation is different and they were supposed to honor what they offered you.

In the rules it doesn't say anything about locking players out. It just says You must make the deposit and roll it over before you can make a withdrawal.

To be fair and honest they did not take my money I'm just unable to log in again until I deposit so we'll see ... thinking it's an hour drive up to the one casino and over hour and a half to the other, but it may be better than dealing with these online sites and that's really too bad considering all the effort it takes to go up near the city, as opposed to playing on my computer

First I have heard about a site doing this. I have known for a long time that if you never made a deposit they won't let you take money out that you have won.
I never made a deposit on intertops so I treat it as play money.

I have an account with Betonline.ag , which is their European branch.
So far I can play without deposit, but as there are no freerolls there,
that means in order to play I would need to deposit something anyway.

i played a freeroll without deposit - and still able to access the poker room, but ok i play on european platform. not sure if they have different rules for each country
