No bonus code on deposit / pokerstars

Hello.

I am trying to deposit 50$ so i can get 2 entrys to the 100k carnival freeroll, but i have no option to write in the bonus code.

Anyone else has the same problem?

I had the same problem, had to donate money from pokerstars on full tilt poker is counted as payment of, or not deposited the money in time, the bonus ended October 19

You must deposit at least $250 with the code in order to play the carnival freerolls!

The best thing of all is that when i contacted support i get no answer. So much of 24/7 support... And since they got separate support for each country i would expect a faster response. I bet Slovenia doesnt have so many users that they wouldnt be able to give a response in a short time....

Thats not true. I also got offer to deposit 30 or 50 bucks. From what I heard offer is different for different people.

Oh my bad, I got an email from them saying I had to deposit $250 in order to play. They must think I'm made of money!

Should be the same for everyone!

Yepp i got that offer too. But why are they sending me an offer that i cant use?
