I live in uk. And have used few of major poker europe/uk sites. They all allow deposit/withdrawal by visa debit card.

But i want to try some of the American poker sites. But hard to find information which ones allow Deposit/withdrawal with visa debit card.

As some sites say some do, and others say they don't so rather confusing:confused:

The sites i want to know about are

Hollywood poker
pokerstars
PKR

If anyone would be kind to let me know which ones accpet uk visa debit cards, i would be very grateful.:)

P.s Good forum, been reading a while.

Pokerstars is a great website to start on. There are players from all over the world, and there are options to play for cheap cheap games, with big payouts. There are websites you can load money from your bank account to, that many of the American poker sites will let you load money from. If your problem is that you have a restriction on your credit card, this can bypass that by using your bank account instead. The problem is that they usually claim a certain percentage of the money you load into your account through them.

PokerStars will accept, in my opinion, that is the best site anyway, so I would say to try that, good luck.

It's the banks that limits the use, not the poker sites. Many american banks restrict the use of Credit Cards for on-line gambling (gaming) but I wasn't aware that UK banks had any restrictions on the use of their credit cards. If that is true, you should be able to make a deposit on any site you wish.

if you live in the UK any site should be fine if the accept visa credit cards, as a visa debit card will work there aswell.
full tilt
bodog
pokerstars
ub
ap
ect ect

it is banks that operate inside the united states who restrict debit/visa cards

Do you mean a debit card or an actual Visa? I had no idea anyone took debit cards, that would be dangerous for me lol.

When all of the legal nonsense started with the websites I was only able to deposit with my debit card. All of the credit card companies cut off payment almost immediately after the UIGEA was passed. But, I found that I could still use my debit card. I'd rather it be that way so I can't rack up a ton of debt on my credit cards, I would have to watch how much I deposit because it would come out of my checking acct.

Dagon7. It is a visa debit card. It's what i use for all gambling online, most people in uk do it via that way. And no fees. Easiest way.
