Never play at Pokertime scammers (long read)

Hello,

They have stole $90 from me, I have still all the proof (saved the emails) that they are wrong, but they fcking don't do anything about it. Also such bad communication from their part, like I said I have all the proof.

First of all it seems that you get $5 free there when making an account, this I tought wasn't so bad , but it was.

I send an email to support asking ,what would happen if I made a cashout before I would make 20 points for that $5 free, they have send me that I only would lose the $5. Here is the mail:

Hi xxxxxx

Thank you for your e-mail.

I have reviewed your account and could see that you have earned 7 points until now. If you attempt a withdrawal without meeting the requirements, you will forfeit the free money given only: $5

I even made 15 points (played 8 x1point tourneys) , but that wasn't the case
they have clearly said that they only would take $5 when making a cashout.

So I made a cashout 3 times and got this same message 3 times. I could give you these 3 (same) mails with the date , to put everything In chronological order.

So I have send in my verification documents many times <--- here the communication was bad from their part, like they said they received blank emails etc.
But only if I asked if they received them. Didn't get some kind of message back.

So after sending this in over and over again, I finally got a mail that I was verified.

So I finally tought, I could make a cashout ($100) and I did, after some time I got the mail it ws processed.

So I look in my neteller account and only see $10 credited, so I am WTF.
Waited a few days ,because I tought maybe they send that later , but nothing.

So I looked in my Pokertime transaction history and saw that they CONFISCATED $90 LOL.

So I am chatting with live support and they say this,

as the rules are that you need to meet the requirements before you can withdrawa and this is why we also afford you 3 chances before the funds are confiscated.

They also said they have send several emails with the warning they would took everything wich is a total lie.

Only mails I have got were the ones I already have post.

Where they said we only take $5 if you make a cashout and the ones asking for verification(3x the same mail).

So since than, I am trying to get the $90 back and also told them I would put this up on all forums last monday, with all the proof.

They immediately responded (LOL) that I had to wait till tuesday for a response and today still nothing. So I gonna post it everywhere.

Lol they just called me that they would credit the $90 back tomorrow.

No they had totally confiscated it. And they will credit it back tomorrow.
Don't know if I am able to withdraw it , will ask if I have received the money.
